Mirek's introduction to Prague and that he had a map for us was a positive surprise. Mirek has a true customer service attitude. We also liked the location of the accommodation (Veleslavinova 6). Mirek, Margrit and the driver were nice and tried to fulfill our needs. Margrit and her friend tried to help us Sunday evening. Thank you for that, and regards to all of you.
We had reserved ground floor two floor flat with own "back yard", because Petr you recommended this as an ideal with baby and for baby buggies. When we arrived that ground floor flat was under renovation. This should have been told to us before we arrive (the renovation should have been known by Petr, Margrit or Mirek way ahead). We did not have a true opportunity to object the situation because I knew we had no other opportunity for accommodation at that moment and with our baby. The new flat had good space but we would have preferred ground floor. We had though of sleeping the baby outside in the quiet backyard in baby buggies. If we had been given the info about renovation, we could have had opportunity to search for replacement better suitable for baby buggies. We were given 3rd floor flat, so I had to carry baby buggies many times per day the steps from 3,5 floor to 3 floor and try to fit buggies into small and dusty (by renovation) elevator. TV satellite did not work and my wife missed hockey Finals Finland vs. Sweden. Margrit (landlord) tried to help and gave her computer but I could not get it function in the Sunday evening so I went to a bar. My wife could not go because of the baby and she missed the historical game. TV was fixed monday (thanks for effort) when we did not need it anymore. There was only one towel, left by the cleaning lady Saturday, and we had to ask for more and received extra towels sunday evening. Sorry if my report hurts Margrit your feelings but I am trying to be honest. And sorry I had to send so many text messages in the weekend about the towels and TV, but these things were important to us. However, best wishes to all of you! You are all nice people. =)
