We liked the location, the bldg and size of the apartment. Excellent location close to transportation and shopping and theatres. Apartment was nice and large, bathroom reasonably clean and newer. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The livingroom furniture was very dirty, and sparse. The "kitchen" was not what we expected as we specified that we are traveling with children and would like to make breakfast. The 2 plate heater and a elektric kettle was the extent of the kitchen. The dishes (pan and pot) was disgusting, old, not to be used.

Found the apartment to be in a very good location.
It was an attic apartment and only had roof windows. As there was no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open at night and the noise from the street and neighbours was very loud and along with the heat, made it impossible to sleep. This apartment really needs air conditioning. It seemed that he people in the apartment beneath ours had a party every night.

The service fra Michal side was perfect!!
The janitor was very eager to get us out of the apartment eventhough the clock was only 10.30!! And it would have been nice if he could have understood english.

I really Enjoyed my time in Prague.Great place to go for a guys weekend/stag party or a nice place for a couple to visit.The apartment was in the perfect location between Wenceslas square & old town square.The staff were very friendly and the apartment was very nice,spacious and clean.The beds were clean & very comfortable.There was 9 of us staying for 5 days & everyone was happy and the price was cheap.Thanks guys

Very well situated and convenient for all main attractions. We all loved the apartment, modern but traditional, lovely big rooms. Would recommend with no hesitation. Had washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel in the kitchen, only a small thing I know but saved us from buying these items or having to bring them with us.

Lovely building, lovely apartment, perfect location in the old quarter, nice extras such as personal greeting and orientation to the apartment, maps and weather report for the days we were there. Exceptionally clean.

Very good situation.
The only "problem" we had is that the invoice said we could pay with credit card but it was not true and we had to go to a bank to get cash in order to pay.

The aparment was clean. Michael gave us a fine velcome, to booth the apartment and the city - thank you! Good and clean beds. Very fine location.
I would like som homestuff - pillovs in the sofa, small lamps inn the diningroom and bedroom, perhaps som pictures on the wall.

The apartment was very nice, perfect size for 4 guests, great location.
The only 2 things i thought it could do with were curtains/blinds in the bedroom, its hard to sleep when its so bright! Having an oven would be a bonus as well. But apart from these two things the apartment was perfect

The location was very good: - close enough to the river. - close to lots of traditional pubs and some good restaurants, - close to Wencalas Square as well. We only needed to take a tram twice in a week and that was due to tiredness walking back from the Castle. The accomodation was clean and basic which was what we were after.
My only complaint was that I wish there was some kind of Coffee Making device: Just a Coffee Plunger would do for me - nothing fancy. There was a kettle for tea but I'm not much of a tea drinker. I ended up just going to the Rembrant Donut place up the road every morning - where the coffee was average.

We arrived late at night and did not have time to change the money to czech crown to pay for the airport transfer. Thanks to your staff Mr. Michal Musil that through his relationship with the driver (i believe so) accepted my request to pay for the airport transfer on the following day, which I did. The flexibility on accepting us is much appreciated.
I might stay here on my next trip to Prague, but please provide a keylock for the toilet.

The position of hotel. (Also supermarket, the tram and metro stations is nearby). Clean and nice rooms. Rich kitchen.
The rooms with normal windows that have a great view outside on the beautiful street is shown on the photos. We recived a room in the 5-th floor with windows that view to the sky. No view to the street. Such a difference must be identified before booking. Very shame.

The fact that the flat was so central, reasonably priced and the roosm were clean and spacious.

Location was excellent. The apartment is cosy and well kept.
